How long after placing my order will I receive it?
Processing time for fulfilling orders vary between 2-4 business days, domestic shipping (US only) can take between 1-5 business days and International shipping can take 6-20 business days.
All orders will include tracking numbers sent via the email address that was provided during checkout.
Can I put the stickers on my car or through a dishwasher?
All stickers available are waterproof and UV protected! With proper care, they will last years! :)
What country do you ship from?
We are based in the US and ship worldwide! (Unless there's regulations that leaves us unable to ship to certain countries)
2025 UPDATE - *EU CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ!* Due to the new GPSR legislation put into place this year, I'm currently unable to ship to Europe and Northern Ireland (This legislation does not apply to the rest of the UK - England, Wales and Scotland.) I apologize for the inconvenience! 💜
My order status is marked as "delivered" but I didn't receive it.
After I ship out your order, the handling of your package is out of my control unfortunately. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it there are a few things you could do to help figure out where it is -
- Email me with your order number so I can verify if the address you provided is correct.
- Contact your local USPS with your tracking number, they should investigate the issue. Ask your mail person/ carrier if they may have misdelivered your package.
- Check your surrounding neighbors houses in case it was misdelivered.
- If USPS haven't helped then email me and we can discuss how to resolve the issue.
Please make sure to double check your address at checkout. SuperRoseArt is not responsible for any packages that were delivered to an incorrect address.
I received the wrong item/ it arrived damaged.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final so returns are not accepted.
Important information for International customers - international packages may be subject to duties, tax or custom fees depending on the country. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any added fees.
